1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88det platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Player", "you", "your"). By using the 88det website, mobile version, or any associated service, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms.
These Terms are written for Bangladeshi players. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Important: These Terms may change at any time. 88det will notify you appropriately before any changes take effect.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to participate on the 88det platform:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- You must register an account under your own identity — registering under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Each person may operate one account only.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
Warning: Providing false information during age verification is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will not be returned.
3. Account Registration
When registering with 88det, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any of your details change afterwards, you must inform our support team immediately.
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3.2 Identity Verification
88det may request a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Please note: Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
88det processes transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's mobile financial services. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
4.1 Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Deposits must be sent from your own registered mobile banking account.
- Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be returned.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Bonus withdrawals: Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section for details.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
88det offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its players. Each offer is subject to its own terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Another example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only (not to deposit + bonus).
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Policy
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus abuse (arbitrage, coordinated betting) is subject to penalties.
- Bonuses are not withdrawable — only winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable.
- 88det reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
88det's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up by playing regularly, and the weekly cashback benefit increases at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
6. Gaming Rules
All games available on 88det — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others — are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
6.1 Technical Issues
If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game, 88det reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action. Winnings displayed due to a system error will not be paid out.
6.2 Sports Betting
When placing bets in the sports section, please read the bet type and market conditions carefully. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow 88det's established rules.
6.3 Fair Play
88det uses SSL encryption and fair play technology. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and impartial.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88det platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Collusion (dishonest cooperation between players) or any attempt at match-fixing.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Registering or verifying with false or fraudulent information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
Consequences: Any of the above violations will result in the immediate closure of the account, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

- Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
- Data sharing is only for service improvement and legal compliance.
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

9. Limitation of Liability
88det is not liable for the following:
- Loss of a game session due to internet disconnection.
- Loss resulting from a player's own negligence in disclosing account details.
- Temporary service disruption caused by technical faults.
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
88det always strives to ensure service continuity and works to resolve any issues promptly.
10. Account Closure
10.1 At the Player's Request

10.2 At 88det's Discretion
88det reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of the Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- For legal reasons or upon direction from a regulatory authority.
- Declaring an account inactive after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Valid balance: If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining valid balance will be returned.
11. Notice of Changes
